Go find someone to play with, I knew it was wrong but don't care. Get a life somewhere else but here, we don't need or want your kind around here.

Settle up,

Learn to punctuate.

And if you don't have anything of worth to add, why don't you go find something else to do.

Thanks to all of you guys help and advise. After 2 mos. of dealing with Cavalry, the couldn't produce a copy of the original debt. So the person (cassandra in the compliance dept)says they will remove themselves from all 3 credit bureaus (which I had alert them) and send me a letter stating that they sent the debt to the original creditors. For Palisades, they have took themselves off all 3 credit bureaus until they get caught up their validations of debt. It seems they are backed up in people requesting for validations since the march of 2006. Again thank you for answering my questions and i'll definitely keep everyone posted.

Number to reach Palisade Collection is 201-567-5648. Get the debt validation in writing before you make a payment.

I went to court today with Cavalry Portfolio. They lost the case in General Sessions. The next step is for them to appeal. They have 10 days. Will they appeal? The case is for 12,000. on a car that was totaled and last payment made was 04/02.Original owner Ford Moter Credit. Can I use SOL ? Couldn`t on first case as it had not passed.
