How many do you have, and what are the payday loan companies that you took out loans with.I know alot of them will work with you, since I have gone through the same thing. Its almost impossible to get out of the payday loan cycle once you take out loan number two. There are some consolidation companies that will work with payday loans,so it you have quite a few,it may be a good option for you to call for advice.Town and County and CareOne network are two that I know will work with Payday loans.Good Luck,I hope everything works out for you.

Hi vassas

Welcome to the forums.

The best way to deal with your payday loan lenders is to talk to them and show your willingness to pay the debt. It may be tough for you to send the complete money in a single time but you can assure them that you will complete the account within the coming months.

Talk to your lenders with confidence and propose a payment plan. Offer only that much amount that you will be able to send them. Send some money in advance along with the proposal. This might make the deal more effective.

A bit of advice for you and all others who are thinking of taking a payday loan in the future. Don't ever take a payday loan. It will completely destroy the financial management and you will keep sinking deeper into debt. If at all possible, borrow money from your near and dear ones or even visit a local lender in your area. Look for a second job but do not deal with the internet payday loan companies. There are lots of instances where people are regularly scammed by these companies. Not only that, the personal and banking information is at the highest risk. They will be shared among other lenders and you might have unauthorized debits in your accounts. Resolving this problem will be a complete mystery for you at that stage. There are many people going through this situation in this forum. Read their stories and realize that you should never make this mistake.

Vassas, I hope that you will be able to settle the matter with your lenders. Do let us know on this matter.

Regards
Roxette

Payday loan effective interest rates, including the loan fees, work out to about 400% apr in the best scenarios. It will be very difficult to get out from under your financial difficulties paying those interest rates.

Hi Vassas,

I too am new to the forum. I contacted Town & Country Acceptance Corp today and they will be able to work with my payday lenders. I found the information on this forum. They were very nice and quick to respond. I know how the payday loan trap can be. It's been an ongoing thing for me for a long time now. You can do a search or you can pm me for the phone numbers. They were able to fax me today at work so I could get a jumpstart on it. It's the only firm I've found that will work with them. Then, you don't have to worry about dealing with them on your own. I finally found some peace of mind today.
