They have been harrasing both me and my parents over some debt my bother owes. My bother has not lived in Calif for over 10 years, yet they keep calling and keep calling and tell us we are liers and they know he still lives here. My parents finally got fed up and cut off their phone, now they are calling mine more and more, I can't turn mine off as I need it for business.
Primer Credit Management is a half ass bunch of loud mouth smart **** and really should be stopped, they like to hide behind a phone and smart off with you and when you ask for a supervisor you only get someone else (with an equally phoney sounding name) who is just as much a smart ass.
I work in support and NONE of my supervisors would ever tolorate us talking to a customer the way these jerks do.

Premiere Credit of North America (Mid-Stage Placement)
(866)808-7175
P.O. Box 19309
Indianapolis, IN 46219

I owe on an old student loan, only $1000 left. I guess I lost track. They let me set up payments at only $75 per month. I wasn't sure if I owed the money, but I pulled credit, and it was on there, so I have agreed to pay it. I stil get calls from the 311 number. I am calling my rep on Monday morning. They have agreed to pull the debt off my credit.

shut down this industry. call their toll free number again and again. they pay for the calls. they began harassing me and my famils for a debt i do not owe, so idecided to harass them back. see how they like having their day ruined. redial is your best friend. hang up when someone answers. shut down their ability to do business. keep in mind that they have to pay for the call. run up their phone bills until they can't afford to pay their bills. forget filing a complaint with the FCC or Do Not Call List. they work for corporate interests. happy dialing.

Its more a waste of your time than theirs. Your incoming calls dont cost them anything. Instead, do like they recommend on this site and send them a letter redquesting validation of the debt and while your at it include a cease statement in the same envelope. When I get someone on the phone I tell them the same thing - if they want the calls to stop they need to send us a request in writing and it is very rare that people follow through.

These jerks from Premiere Credit enjoy harassing and annoying people. Make no mistake, folks, that is what they do .... and what they intend to do. I believe it's time to respond to these creeps ... AT THEIR HOMES!

I am in the process of verifying addresses, email accounts, and phone numbers for David Hoeft, Todd Wolfe, Eric Wolfe, Todd Hartmann, Don Conway and any other Premiere Credit creeps I can.

dhoeft@premierecredit.com, twolfe@premierecredit.com, ewolfe@premierecredit.com, thartmann@premierecredit.com, dconway@premierecredit.com

Once this information is posted, I would hope anyone who is being illegally harassed by this outfit, contacts the principals in the same manner they are being contacted ... AT HOME & AT WORK .... OVER & OVER & OVER AGAIN.

Folks, if you know the names of the Premier scum who are harassing & annoying you ... post their names, check them out in the Boone or Marion County Tax Assessor's Office for their residence, get their personal phone numbers .... and do some tit for tat! ... Oh, and post that info on these boards.

Stay tuned ...

The best thing to do is to document their FDCPA violations and then sue them, after filing a complaint with the FTC, the FCC (if they are harassing you over the phone) and your state Attorney General.

Doing something illegal and unethical in order to combat illegal and unethical behavior in others is hardly mature nor effective.

Sub: #24 Premiere Credit's Pattern of Illegal Actions
Replied on 06-21-2009, 05:32 AM

Premiere Credit demonstrates a pattern of illegal (banned by the FDCPA) collection activities that are obviously a part of their business model, and operating procedures:

- Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person
in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously
with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the
called number. (Relentless calls (8 - 12 per day))

- the placement of telephone calls without meaningful disclosure of the caller’s identity (spoofing numbers, or no number)

- The use of any false representation or deceptive means
to collect or attempt to collect any debt or to obtain
information concerning a consumer. (the bogus "reference check crap, where they contact your neighbors). They are only allowed to contact 3rd parties to "locate" you. When they call a neighbor, and say they are conducting a reference check for a job it's obviously a "false representation". They already know where you are, if they've been calling you and can determine who your neighbors are.

How about them apples, Chrys??? These schmucks, as a matter of practice, are in constant violation of the FDCPA.

Here's an example of just how stupid a typical Premiere employee is ... after stating to a 3rd party they are conducting a reference check for a job, the cretin asks if the 3rd party knows the person's cell phone number.

People ... log all their illegal activities to, not only support the $1000 payment you will receive from Premiere for each violation, but to demonstrate the overall pattern of how they operate while annoying, abusing and destroying the reputations of their "victims". that is where the big payday is!

Enough is enough.

Oh yes, I am aware of their illegal and unethical practices, which is why I always say Document Everything, and SUE! Pass Go AND collect $1,000! If they want so badly to hand out cash to people, get in line! Rather than pay them, make them pay *you*!

* WSDC provides free representation. You do NOT have to pay attorney fees. Only small charges towards court costs and filing fees will be required.

Most definitely. Every civil court has referrals to Legal Aid, both at the court and on their websites. Plus there is the National Association of Consumer Advocates. You can pay little or nothing (pro bono) depending on your particular situation.

There is no reason to be without an attorney in the United States unless you really would prefer to - and are very intelligent. The other side will have an experienced attorney who knows his/her way around the law and the courtroom and will have the same advantage as the alpha male in a pack of lions...

David Hoeft, Todd Wolfe, Eric Wolfe, Todd Hartmann, Don Conway are no longer connected with the company. There are new jerks to track, as the company has been sold and David Hoeft and Todd Wolfe no longer own it. The new ones you should be interested in are Robert Meck, Shane Archer, and Daniel Truitt. Also it is an interesting fact that this bunch are all former Sally Mae employees.
