What will happen is they're going to keep looking until they DO find it.

Your car has csutom rims and was repo'd? You won't be able to get them back unless you get caught back up and get the whole car back.

I have a 06 PT Cruiser, i still owe 15,000 and a dealership just told me, and several have told me the car is only worth about 5,000. Now today, i had a dealership tell me, they will put me in a new car and i should just turn the other car back in, there is nothing Chrysler can do to me. What do you think about that? The car really is giving me some issues and im a widow, but hate to stick anyone, and i believe they can come after me for the difference

Yeah ....right. If you turn the vehicle in they will get you for at least a $10,000 defincency balance. Chysler can easily sue you. I would file a complaint against the dealership.

I financed a car with Capital One - Asked for a pay off which they gave me and would not listed when I said I had paid 31,500 and the amount was $33,500 upon payoff of the contrat - they would not listed or answer any question - they said my pay off was $6,000.00 or they would repo the car

How can they do this or Capital One to big of an organization

I don't fully understand your question. You asked for a payoff and the payoff amount was $33,500 but they tried to charge you $39,500? Please clarify your question.
