Since you have paid the loan back why are they still calling you? Send them letters, fax, emails and ask not to call you any more. Are they offering loans? You can ask them to put you in the not to loan list.

Cathy

You are not alone on this. Read this forum and you will find many others going through similar problems with Cash Today. You won't be able to tackle things with them so easily unless you make your moves legally.

Review your bank statement and see how much you have paid on this loan account. Ask the company to send you the detailed statement with all the calculation of interests. After you have reviewed it properly, you will come to know if you are likely to get a refund.

Jones,

Do not send any money without documentation to Cash Today. Many people here have been scammed and they have put their experiences for other's knowledge. If you send money without any paper trail, you might lose your hard earned money.

Send a letter to Cash Today to give you an itemized statement of the loan account. They must furnish all the payments made by you in the past. Do not make any arrangements until you have the legitimate info about your account.

I got an email from their legal department saying i took the loan without intentions of paying back but yet i paid over 300 bucks on refinance fees... Is this letter a real legal letter and if so why am i getting it EMAILED TO ME?

Katie,

Don't come under the false tactics used by Cash Today. Lots of threads in this forum are discussing about their practices. Read them and plan your future moves with them.

Send a letter requesting for the itemized statement of the loan account. You must review the account details before making any commitment to pay further. Send your letter through certified mail with return receipt requested.

Many people here have faced some problems with GFSIL regarding the accounts with opened with them. Most of the complaints are about unauthorized debits and charging excessive interest rates. You also need to check if the company is licensed to do business in your state. At this point of time, I will suggest you to look for some other company, perhaps a storefront lender in your area. Don't do business with internet loan companies because many of them have been violating the laws. If this sounds right, send a cancellation letter to GFSIL and get their acknowledgement in writing.
