This is true, if we are contacting the government to solve this matter, we should not mind contacting the press additionally. We need solution to end this problem. Let it be any agency that can solve this mystery.

Dwest, do you have any contacts with London publishers or do you wish to mail the London editors? If you don't know anyone, the process might be longer.

If you search the internet and look under London newspapers there are numerous sites. All the sites have a contact us option. Sorry no contacts. Mystery is right thats what made me think of the media because out of all the posting i've seen no one has actually been able to confirm that they are even in London. Thats why I thought the Newspapers might be helpful cash today seems very shady. And if the Media in the U.K knew some of the stories and the way they operate and hide behind the U.K law they might be of some help. They have to be accountable to someone. I'm lucky the account they had on us is closed it took several weeks and over 700 dollars and dealing with them was a nightmare. I wish I had more than just an ideal to give you but maybe someone else out there might know how to put it to use

The other thing that I know is that with all the ex-employees postings on these forums that cash today must monitor these and other sites and it must give them a heads up on how people are trying to solve their issues with them. And after all the frustration in dealing with them these forums are one bright spot for alot of people and knowing that they use it for their own purpose is a sad thing.

Shar,

There are many other issues with Cash Today. It seems that the company is having illegal intentions of taking money from your account. It will be better to close your checking account so that you can prevent any unauthorized debits. It is for sure that they will contact you later regarding this matter. First get the statement of how much money they have received from you before you send anything further.

Hi ecdcdiva

Cash Today is being reported as a scam. If you still not have taken a loan from them, I as many as others will advice you to step back.

Cash Today is doing fraudulent activities in the checking account of the consumers. Most of the unauthorized debits made by the company have been disputed and the company has not resolved them yet.

Besides, this company does not give the loan contract in writing since they claim themselves to be a paperless and fax less company. Situation will become very tough if there is a need to dispute on anything at the later stage. Cash Today is also not willing to send you the itemized statement of your payments received. This toughens keeping track of your payments made to the company.

If you have proceeded with any deal with the company, I will advice you to call the customer care at the number given below and cancel your loan. You will be able to protect yourself from a lot of troubles that could arise later.

Phone number 1-800-990-9926
Fax number 1-800-865-3704

When these people take out a loan, they have everything explained to them. If the Americans are stupid enough not to understand the terms and conditions, then it is not cash2days fault. If they're not happy, dont sign.

It takes 12 minutes for a sale to go through, in which the applicant verbally signs 6 times, and agrees to all terms and conditions, so you DO know what you're getting into.
