Is that $2500 appearing as a negative remark in your credit report?

I guess it must be hurting yor credit. Sigh!

Hi sue,

Stop clicking onto those emails that say click here to process, because they will keep taking out your money. I understand the set up to be that if you dont call them for an extension they will take the full amount out of your account which yes it is $279.00. If you call the 1-800 number (1-800-680-2177) it will give you different options and you press which one, fits you. Word of advice if you can pay the full amount girl do so and never go here again. You see this forum we are all having so many problems with them and nobody help us. They will call your job and harrase you and all your coworkers, they will even try and talk with you boss. They will try everything possible to get you fired, which the MF's dont realize that if you get fired you really wont be able to pay them. They think you dont pay them now, then I'm wondering how in the HELL they think you will be able to pay them without a job. Idiots I swear.

Yes, it did until they took me to court and the judge ruled in my favor saying that they are asking for too much. They had to completly take it off my credit report and I was only ordered to pay them $250, plus a late fee of $100 and $25 dollar NSF. I didnt have to pay the court fee's or their attorney fee's and I represented myself. But for some reason I cant seem to fight off Cash Limited Today.

I am glad to hear that the rule was in your favor. Asking for ten times the amount of the original loan is absolutely absurd.

If you mail a cease contact letter to the Nevada address, does anyone sign for it? Is that a "real" address for them or not?

See...that's the thing. I've mailed a CEASE & DESIST letter to SonicPayday to the address they first provided me and the address provied by ripoffreport.com

anyway...

that letter came back to me SIGNATURE REFUSED (RETURN TO SENDER.)

So I finally got an address in Surrey, BC. They signed for the letter there.

It can never hurt trying. I know if they have their addresses forwarded (in some cases) they will forward the letter, and then at the PO BOX (or wherever) they'll sign for it there.

Mikeyindetroit, what is the address that you sent the letter to for SonicPayday. I know I must have asked before but forgot to write it down. I am currently dealing with this company as well.

I emailed them last night regarding their mailing address, someone did call me today and left a message telling me to call him. Funny, how when they called my work they said that my home number was disconnected. This was a lie. I work in a hospital and they tied up all the incoming lines, I had to contact the local police to make them stop along with the phone company. They stated they called my house over a hundred times which was another lie. I have paid way over my $200 and just want the harrassment to stop. I emailed them also the stop contact letter just now. They will probably deny getting it. This guy when he called my work the last time said "I am the wacko guy who called over a hundred times the other day". He also told the police officer and other people my situation. I know I need to pay them but this harrassment needs to stop. I don't have any other loans out with other companies and this is ridiculous.

The addresses I have are the following:

234 North James Street
Newport Delaware

zip code unknown, but if you go to a zipcode.com you can look it up.

The address that I have in Surrey is

13696 104th Avenue
Surrey, BC V3R-1V9

There is another address, that keeps coming back signature refused. They are in Dublin2, Ireland though. Does anyone need that address.

I also have tons of phone numbers, and honestly have found Yvonne Williams-Green to be the most helpful.

I feel your pain getoffmycloud. However, you make get an email back stating you need to call the collections department. That is what happened when I sent an email to Sonicpayday. Unlike you however, I have defaulted on quite a few payday loans. Eventually they will be paid off!!!

I know but this way I have some type of paper trail to show what I have done. I have also mailed the cease letter to the Nevada office. This way it also shows how they are uncooperative to give out info and just to harrass. I do hope things work out better for you. Everyone has been in a financial bind one way or another.

Thanks Mikey!!!! Can you give me the phone number for Yvonne as well. That would be so helpful. I want to pay them off and get them off my back, so I want to see if they will settle with an arrangement if not I will go through with consolidating my loans. Thanks

Sub: #62 The above address by me was for Rhonda (SonicPayday address)

My address that I listed above was for Rhonda28. This is for SonicPayday.

Oh...and the Newport, DE address is just a forwarding address. Not an actual company. The Surrey, BC office I have been told by an old employee and current who let it slip that this was the Corporate offifce.
