Thanks for all the useful info, adn the address. I plan on sending out just such a letter to Cash Today limited. I had to close my bank account, because of unauthorized transactions, that were not related to this, as well as my direct deposit getting screwed up by the bank, and my job. I made the mistake of getting a paydayloan from them, and they're calling my place of work as well. One of my supervisors really fixed them, and told them NEVER to call or they'll be arrested.

Thanks Again for the info!!

Hi WMS4Yeshua

Since your bank account has shown some unauthorized transactions, it will be wise to check your latest credit report also.

Regards
Roxette

I understand what you are going through..i did call me bank today and told them about this issue and that i am trying to sue this company, she waived the stop payment fee but stated that it is only good for 6months. hopefully by then i will get something resolved

Good for you Chyna26. It was definitely uncalled for, the way this company has treated you. Granted you owe a debt but that is not an excuse to treat you that way. Roxette offered good advice about suing. Good luck and let us know how everything pans out!!!!!

Wow I wish I had found this site last week. O.K. I just took out a payday loan with Cash Today. After reading this I wish I hadn't. But my question is this: if I call them three days before it is due to be taken out, will they take the loan plus the fee out and I will be done with them? After reading these comments I hope that it the case. I just want to be done with it.

From what I believe as long as you contact them three days prior to the due date that they would only take that out. I could be wrong. I would defintely verify that or even look at your paperwork and see if it makes mention of anything there.

Thank you. I will definetly call them three days before. I tried calling them tonight but no one seems to ever answer. I did not get any paper work. I applied on line and verified by phone. I hope you are right, and I can escape the misery of being harrasssed.

Good Luck,
They are based out of England and the US laws do not apply. They can call and harrass you all day and night and there is nothing you can do about it. I would suggest to call them every five minutes and harrass them back @ 1-800-670-4075 ask for a supervisor or John Micheal. Just yell and call them names. If enough of us do this , maybe they will get the message not to mess with the U.S.

How can the laws be different. Does that mean we go by their laws and we can call and harass them all we want?

I thought it was where the contact was made.

You borrowed money from a UK company, they do business under the UK . They do not need to adhere to the U.S laws. They use the Nevada address as a front , but the money is actually paid from the UK office. IT IS A FRAUD.......Your better borrowing from the MOB then them ! Good luck-

haha...a small joke would be that the mob will only break your legs if you don't pay back.

I dunno which is worse...

a broken leg for 3 months, or weeks of harassment and a bad credit file.

Who says they do not have to comply with US laws? Check with your state's attorney general office as well as a private attorney.
