If people within the office are not happy with the behavior of the seniors, we are least secure from their hands.

Hi clsmay

Welcome to the forums.

Does your friend know the total amount including interest that needs to be paid on the loan amount? If you think that the amount has been fully paid and they are withdrawing more than the amount, you should take the following actions:
  • You can ask your friend to close the checking account and also inform this illegal activity to the bank.
  • Also a complaint filed at the local police station will be helpful.
  • Consult an attorney with legal proof of it and take necessary actions.
Regards
Roxette

clsmay, you can try filing a complaint on fid.state.nv.us they will contact darren webb and get to the bottom of things and request response for how much due including interest, finance charges or whatever else applies. or his email is darrenw(at)cash2day4u.com but they can't do much about harrassment calls, that needs to be handled with bbb or ftc, but ftc has the higher authority from what i heard

I just wanted to say that I have used this company for more than 1 loan and have always had good service. They can be difficult to get through to sometimes but have always been easy to deal with.

It seems a lot of the comments on here deal with harassment, is that a problem when you don't pay up on time or something? because i have never been harassed, i do get calls asking what i want to pay, but not many.

Maybe you should have paid them on time!!

first of all you must be really a broke person to have the nerve to borrown more than 1 loan, broke freddy. and the issue is not always about paying them on time, why don't you learn how to read a little better and you'll see the real issue. so before you start coming on to this site putting people down, you should think about your own problem

What i needed them for is none of your business, but if it was to feed my family in a time of need then so be it i'd have the nerve to do anything, but they weren't at the same time anyway - even i'm not that stupid to take more than 1 at a time.

What i wanted to get across was that they were fine with me and they only called to ask what i wanted to pay and maybe it is the non-payment that causes the problems that the people on here are getting, not the company themselves.

Hmm...anonymous1... have i hit a RAW nerve of yours here?? or do you not like balanced discussions??

FatFreddy, I think that you will assist us in solving some of the unsolved mysteries of Cash Today.

If you have had satisfactory working with Cash Today, then you might know the details of the debits that have been done by the said company. Can you please give some more general information about the debits done by this company?

May I kindly request you to read the posts of the people in this thread and answer it one by one? I hope you will be more than helpful.

It is not about not being able to handle balanced discussions, but the issue is the calls. Regardless whether you miss a payment or not, even if you make an arrangement with them and they cannot take your arrangement you have no choice but not to pay them on the day they want and you have to pay when you can, so then the issue is the nasty things they say or do, that does not give them the right, so all i am saying is do not try to take their side or try to put people down because of their financial issue or not being able to pay on time, because you do not know any of these people's situation for not paying just like i don't either but i understand what they are going through with harrasing phone calls so you were wrong for crossing that line

I can only tell you about what i paid, they just took a fee each payday until i paid off the loan. But they did try to convince me to keep the loan if i was unsure that i could afford to pay the whole amount. I asked if i could break the loan down in instalments - but they said no, fee or full balance.
Then after i paid off the first one - they called to see if i wanted another.

Sorry i cannot help more - have you tried Samantha there? she seemed to reply to all my e-mails

I have already paid these folks $289.00 and now they say I owe them another $400 more. Also, my bank closed my account because they kept trying to debit my account without my authorization. Where can I file a complaint at again?

I revoked ACH debit authorization with Cash Today, LTD, but they still presented multiple payments, one after another. I informed my bank, but it was too late. My bank charged me over $200 in return fees. I eventually had to close my account too.

Isn't it against the law to continue to make debit attempts when authorization has been revoked? Can I somehow get all the bank charges back from Cash Today, LTD?
