I was gonna get a loan with them but I don't even remember if I do have a loan with them actually looking at that telephone number I think I do have a loan with them I'll call them in the morning.

Actually, the $59 is not ANY part of a "repayment", it is a recurring "processing" fee to "extend" the loan. Until you call and tell them "take the money out my next payday", you will continue to get these. I am going through the exact same thing with them right now. I swear it was NOT explained to me that way either. I'm checking the BBB and may file a complaint.

Cash today limited I believe is cash 2 day 4 u. Is that correct> They are in the UK, I just faxed them a letter explaining that I am consolidating my loan with them. I have a customer service number 1-800-680-2177 and the collections is 1-800-670-4075. I had a uk number calling my phone and not leaving a message, I believe this is them. They are also the ones that recorded my agreement, I have no paper agreement like I do for the rest of my loans. They also made me agree to a wage assignment and I faxed them a letter revoking this as well
