Well, my real name is not a secret now LOL! People can check with their department of financial institutions to see if a company is licensed in their state to loan money.

If you contact your bank they can trace the ID of the debit and get the contact information. Definately keep track of where your money is going.

PDL's are trouble. It saddens me that so many are going through this trouble. I did it myself, and it was killer.

When you borrow money you have to pay it back.

What are you complaining for?

That company let you borrow money when you were in trouble. You did use their money.

When the time's up to pay back, you start arguing.

What wrong? They never contacted you first.
YOU contacted them and YOU agreed for all terms.

I believe these are the same company but I have taken out loans from them and know they must take out the following payday . I have never had problems with them yet.
