Hello,

Northway is a very bad company. You can't really find them in a search and when you ask your bank for info on this company, they are unable to give a thorough answer because there really isn't an answer. I had them attempt to take out money from my checking account at Bank of America about 8 times until I told B of A to stop this company from doing so. Northway also signs you up for a 'towing service' which costs around $21.95 per month or so and the funny thing is, I never even heard them say I am getting this service and such. I looked at my statement and all of a sudden I'm paying a towing service fee which I never signed up for. So my advice would be go to your bank and tell them that you have no clue who these guys are and that you want a stop payment on anything that comes from them.

Yes, Andy is correct Northway Debit is CashTransferCenters.com you can also reach them at this toll free number (866) 261-9428. They are not committing fraudulent practices. What they do is debit our accounts in increments to ensure they get some of their money or all. I too was confused by the Northway entry on my bank statement. I was very glad to have found this thread on the subject. Call the number, they will work with you.

Since when does Northway Debit aka Sonic work with anyone? They won't take arrangements and they try to use their illegal wage assignment. They do commit fraudulant practices by taking way more than what they are suppose to and then they play stupid.

Josette, it's nice to hear that someone got Northway to work with them. They overcharge everyone and are not licensed anywhere. Also if someone does have an agreement they will still try to turn you over for collection. You must have been lucky!

Cindy..
This isn't Northway Debit or any other payday lending company...I'm sure you intended that message for them.

I would like to know if my payday loan is paid in full, since you took the TOTAL due out at one time, instead of 2 payments. Thanking you in advance.

Sonya, this is not Northway Debit. You have posted your comment at a debt consolidation forum discussing about Northway Debit. You will find their contact number in one of the posts above.

Have you talked to your bank and asked them to block Northway debit aka Sonic? How much was the loan for orginally? This company is well known for this and as long as they are able to access the account, they will drain your account dry.

oh boy. You need to write a wage assignment revocation letter right away. It is your right to revoke a wage assignment at will at any time. Sonic will tell you differently, but hopefully your HR person knows their stuff. Do a forum search for a copy of a revocation letter..You need to send one to Sonic and one to your payroll. You have to act very quickly. If you need help or have any questions, you can pm me...I can help you.
