Northway Debit took money outta my account – who the heck are they?

They don't accept rollovers or payments. So, I have had several loans with them. THis one is for 500 and a 99.49 finance charge. How should i handle this?????

I can give you the information I have but there's no guarantee it's valid because they are continually changing their name & number. As far as I know they aren't even located in the U.S.

I unfortunately took out a loan from this company. I contacted the "Lovely" man handling my debt and explained I couldn't pay on the date that was agreed upon. They set up a Western Union payment for me and as I was on my way there with my cash I get a call from my wife saying they debited my account twice for 219.50...which totals what I owe. I had no problem paying it back but to have my account hit like that which happen right before the bank closed causing not allowing me the chance to put the money back that I needed to cover a check. Pretty shady. I tried calling the "lovely" man about the situation and he said sorry we needed to get our money....So they get people who are willing to do what they ask. The thing is I asked them if they could just debit my account and they said they couldn't since I had a ONE TIME AUTHORIZATION. Oh well its over now I hope you all solve your issues with this company. I know I will never do business with them again.

I had a payday loan with Northway Financial and I looked at my bank account and they took double payment (2) the same day. I called my bank and had them reject it.. I have a question I just talked with someone from this company and they said I could pay them 445 and they wont take me to court. I have never received any info that I owed them money til now. help!!!

Keep an eye on your account. They will keep taking and keep taking....I was done with them 5 months and today they hit me with another $350 withdrawl. Does anyone know how to contact them?

Dont pay them shit, they wont take you to court over a couple hundred bucks....They will just keep calling, once they have your bank info, they will take your money tho

i just had the shock of my life too just the other guest i made an agreement with another loan company and my payroll dates change for the month i called them and told about it they said okay we will work with you low and behold the next day this company took 268.98 from my account. My thing ia they should at least contact you after taking your money with proof that the loan was paid .

has anyone got an actual number as to where i can contact this company in person?
