I don't know what this service is but I did not authorize anyone to debit money from my checking account. This needs to be resolved ASAP. Please reply back.

If someone debited your checking account, you may want to see if there is a number provided and call and talk to them. Howewver, this forum , doesnt require or even request a account number of any kind to sign up, so they would not hvae that information. You may be mistaken.

Hi Ronda

Welcome to the forums. As everybody said, we do not hold anyone's accounts. You might be mistaken searching for your creditors here.

Please contact your lenders at their customer care cell and solve the matter immediately. Maybe we can assist you in providing information about your lenders.

Regards
Roxette

I was charged by usa benifits too!But it wasn't in my name it was in a friends name that I was doing a payday loan for!!And when I called the usa benefits they told me because I said yes to a free credit report that my web address was used thats how they got my information but that is so not true because I did not say yes to any credit report what so ever and since I did not have the funds in my account my banked charged me a $34.00 dollar nsf fee and usa benefits said the only way they could not give any money back for that! And they said the only way I could get access to the information on file is if I make a police report that they could not send it to me I don't understand that!If they could try to debit money out my account then they can give me access to the information that they have on file!

Did you file the police complaint against them for this type of fraud? Also, inform your bankers well in advance about this situation so that if USA benefits tries to withdraw money from your account next time, you don't have to pay the NSF fees again.

your bank is suppose to protect and you are insured with the bank as long as you did not authorize that to be deducted from your bank fdic regulations protects you and insures you anything done on the phone should usually be recorded that is your receipt and the companys permission to deduct such amount so i defintly would check that out and if such proof is not meet usually youre account should be credited
