This business offers no service and seems to be in business solely to take your money and when you catch it on your credit card statement they tell you that you need to call within the thirty day period which was never clear and it is not their policy to refund. In other words they are in business to collect money from you for no service and keep it.Have you maybe gone a site to check you credit score or signed up for a payday loan.Somehow they got your information and used it to charge you. They sound alot like USA benefits, which we have a very long thread on this board about.

Their phone number is 1-800-220-2626, so be warned if this number and the name, CIC Credit Monitoring Service ever comes up on your credit card statement.
