Thanks for this update. I wonder how many of these points are followed by the collectors?? None!! They just continue with their shady collection tactics. It is very important for everyone to file numerous complaints whenever the collectors make illegal collections. Don't allow them with it. Call your attorney and press charges for every FDCPA violation.
