Debt consolidation loan - Fee for consolidating debts

Would this be a debt consolidation loan, paying off your existing debts with the proceeds? and if so what is your fee for this service??

The consultant helps you to find out the best repayment plan that fits your budget, not a consolidation loan, generally.
