fingerhut....I bought a set of towels,wont asorb water and a bath mat,they charged about 60.00 for shipping omg they will never see me again

I can never lon in under the address they have listed on the postcard. I am trying to reach a settlement on an old bill that keeps getting HIGHER with no added charges except intrest fees How do I really reach custmer service to discusse this issue I am trying to resolve.

I received a copy of my credit report and found that Fingerhut has a balance of $1,369. I did have an account with them and made the last and final payment of $106.51 on March 26, 2007. I have contacted the company but have not received a response. Someone at that company or someone else is using my information to obtain credit services from Fingerhut or Compucredit.

I have had an account with fingerhut for over 10 years and I would like to know if I could get a copy of what I have bought from them and what I paid for it.

i got a letter in the mail saying I owed 700 to fingerhut and so i called and they sold it and have no info to get a hold of them to find out where the items were sent because I have never orderd from fingerhut ,they could only give me a fax and address,so I wrote them a letter hopefully i get a reply. I filed a police report because i know this was a family member but,cant prove it because no one has any info fingerhut,midland,no one and the detective called them all also and no luck do you have any info the acount number is 8050101912682174.
