If you are on a debt management Plan and have been making payments since April, 2007 do you need to list these accts on the bankruptcy chapter 13? Can we just list certain accts that we want in the repayment plan or do we have to list all of them ?

Do you have a bankruptcy attorney? Your attorney will advise you. That's what you're paying him/her for.
If not, you can call just about any bankruptcy attorney and get a free consultation.
Generally, you include all your debt in the bankruptcy. Clean slate.
