Adamm, did you pay through direct debit from a savings or checking account? If so, using your bank statements you can prove you made a payment each month. Also, it appears that Credit Partnership is sending everyone letters (I received one a couple of weeks ago) showing your credit/debit acount balance and any bills they may have negoatied for you and paid (if any). If anything you should also receive this letter from them and can send a copy of that to the State Bar.

Are you talking about the refund portion of hearing back from the CSF? Because that could take quite some time according to the 'we got your paperwork and are working on your case' letter that I received from them back in early March.

Fortunately, there is not much they can dispute with so much evidence weighing against Mr. Hall and his co-conspirators. But then again, if as many people turned in refund requests, as there are on this blog, it could take even longer to get it all sorted out. Now we all just sit and wait. Bummer.

I totally understand. Once I sent off all my documents, including a letter of my dealings with CP, and bank statements, and transaction reports from CP, and my first born; that I thought of other things I might have done to prove my case further.

But at this point I don't think that will even be necessary. They know what's going on and who got screwed by T. Hall. They also have all the proof they will need to send us all refunds. And if not, we get an attorney and file suit.

I haven't heard anything either. After I sent both ledgers for what I'm owed, bank statements, the application, and a case of 30 yr old scotch (joking) , I figured I'd heard something by now. The website is still up. Any way to find Troy's SSN? We could track him the easy way then.

I am currently enlisted in the USMC and over the past 2-1/2 years, have given CP 3,500 of my hard earned money. If anyone has been in the military you know that our monthly income is very low, especially supporting a family. I am so angry to the point of conducting recon and finding Mr. Hall, and scheduling an arangement with his father....the devil.

I am glad that I found this site and have looked at all the previous posts and now I know what I need to do to get the ball rolling to get my money back...er, attempt to get my money back.

I thank all who have posted their suggestions and advice regarding this matter. And last but not least:

I don't know if you all care or not, but if you become members of this Site you actually make money for every post. Every "DebtCC point" is worth 1 penny and you can cash it out every 1000 points (or $10)...it may not add up to much, but at least we can all make a little money off of our misfortune. I'm trying to see how high I can get my points before I hear back from the CSF people... Plus you can also be notified by e-mail every time someone posts a response. Just a little food for thought.

I haven't received any weird e-mails or anything so I do not believe I have been put on any mailing lists since I signed up. Also, we can exchange more personal info on Satan's spawn, like if we do come across his SSN or a new address...

Well that's all, I'm not trying to sound like a sales person, just wanted to make sure you all knew.

Thanks for the info, Heather, I too signed up and am gathering points for every post (and no junk mail has shown up on my doorstep, and I'm not getting any weird calls either). I just hope that by time we're done with all of this I don't end up earning more from this site than what was due to me from CP. Wouldn't that be a hoot!

Anyway, I'm thinking I may contact one of those investigational reporter guys on the news. There is this man, "Turko" who is on a local San Diego news channel (KUSI) who investigates cases very much like ours. I've seen him expose fraud cases consisting of anything from rip-off cabinet makers (who took the order and the money but never installed the goods), to mail fraud of unsuspecting seniors. He's good too!

I'd love to just call him and give him the scoop on our shameless Mr. Hall. I just know he had this all planned out from the get go (and we alone may be able to prove that). He spent a good amount of time gathering customers (us), taking our money (to pay off our debts... HA!), only to take off with it, leaving us out in the cold with our debts and no money to pay any of them. The man is a menace to society and needs to be brought to justice. I won't rest until I know that this man is behind bars, working hard labor to pay back the State Bar for all the money he stole from us.

Can you tell I'm a little tee'd off? Every time I see a new guest on this site it just breaks my heart. Especially those struggling even harder financially than myself. And especially those who fight for our country only to get paid beans, trying to pay off their debts, only to get ripped off by the unashamed Troy A. Hall!

Calm down Susie, I hope you don't have access to any guns....(or maybe I do...hmmm ) I don't know about you'all, but I first heard about Credit Partnership over the radio while I was in my car, and I have recently started hearing a new ad for a business just like theirs, a “debt reduction assistance program” it makes me sick. I just wish that I had enough money to put an ad of my own out there warning people about those types of businesses and telling them about our plight. Maybe we should all contact our local consumer protection reporters and get the word out there, Susie has San Diego, I can get Fresno...maybe we can put these people out of business for good!!! . . . . . . Maybe they'll even make a movie about us....I wonder who would play me?

LOL!! I'll see if I can't get Demi and Cameron (Charlie's Angels tough chicks) to play our parts. Go full throttle on Mr. Hall's unsuspecting head.

Another way to get the word out is just by word of mouth. I too have seen many adds stating that these new companies will help you negotiate your debts and get them paid off. Bull! Little did I know, until all of this happened, that we had the power to do that very thing on our own. Yes, it would have taken some time and some patience (nothing different than what CP would have done), but we could have done it and spared ourself the humiliation of being ripped off by a crooked attorney! Boy is that a double negative if I've ever heard one?

So I just sent out letters to the 5 creditors I have left. I want to make sure that I have all of the current info on them, since at least 3 of the ones I had w/ CP are no longer with the same collection agencies. Good thing they stayed so "on top" of things...especially since everytime I looked it said "Negotiation in Progress", guess "negotiation" was code word for "Scam". Has anyone else contacted their creditors and informed them of what happened?
