Personal Credit Services - Is it a scam?

i had gottton all the information on them, and even try'd to contact them and nothing. i beleive this is a scam.

I am so thankful to ALL of you who took the time to chat about PCS, Inc. As per the credit industry, my score is considered poor. I too am desperate for a loan and thought PCS, Inc. would be a great way for me to ease my financial crisis. But before I sent them money, I thought I would do some research. I have now decided that it would be to my best interest not to go through with this process. It's amazing how I have gotten more information here than from USCC, BBB and PCS, Inc. combined. It's back to the drawing baord for me. I hope that my reply helps another as all of your replies have helped me.

I was considering using this company also. I have been taken and foud this sight. All of your information made me do more extensive research. I found the owner to be james shovak who has had several court cases relating to debt himself. All of this information is public record and available to anyone.

I was also scammed with my $500. I have not recieved a loan and instead of sending my money back they sent me even more companies to apply with. This is also ruining my not so great credit even worse. This company is a scam.

I am completely thrilled that I found this site today, I was just about to apply with Personal Credit Services and BOOM! The good Lord put me upon all these reviews about it!! I am so glad that I did not send them any money! Thanks for all of your comments!

So what happened after you paid the $125? Did you get a loan? What was the rate of interest and were you satisfied?

Thank you for the info. It's ironic that you come to a forum to learn that a company is a scam and low and behold there's their link at the top of the page in the Google advertisements.

I submitted an application because I am in a tough situation but I did not submit the fee. I am glad I did not get scamed out of money but the app does ask for social and address. Has anyone had any identity theft issues or is the main scam only taking the money from the customer. I hope the situation works out for everyone.

I am so glad that I found this forum, if not I would have been tricked into sending this fake company money. I wish there was some way to warn the world about this company. I feel sorry for the people who actually fell for the trick. you are right if you cannot talk to a live person that probably means the company is not alive as well. Thanks for everyone's imput and honesty.

It's nice to know that this site makes a difference for the better for so many people. Now if only the cashcard posters would get a freakin clue.
