I came across this company in desperation as well...I usually dont tend to do alot of research on companies but thought the idea of me getting a debt consolidation loan of 5-10k w/o a co-signer was too good to be true so i did research and came across everyone's feedback on wht crooks they are...has anyone been able to loacate any legit companies tht will gv a consolidation loan to someone with less thn perfect credit yet????

Default persoal credit services

I wanted to use personal credit services also but I wasn't sure if I should pay the fee because all you get back is a list of banks that supposedley would give you a loan, then I went to ripoffreport.com and no one had anything good to say about the company. Did it work out for you?

Default Personal Credit Services

Thank God, I found this site! I am desperate for a loan to save my new and floundering business. I was just about to send PCS $175 when I decided to google them. Maybe I won't stay open, but, at least I won't have the humiliation of being scammed...AGAIN!

Default personal credit services

I sent them the 100.00 that they asked for and they just sent me a list of lenders numbers and addresses and no names and then they tell you that the companies are not aware of them and they are not affiliated with them. I wasted 100 dollars of my hard earned money!! Stupid me.

I am so glad I did'nt send money to them. But have any of you that are looking for a loan tried Prosper.com? Check them out. They work with people that have bad credit, but the score has to be the minimum of 520 and above.

Please check out the BBB, folks...Personal Credit Services is listed as an "advance fee broker" and received returned mail to their listed address in NY in Feb. 2007. Advance fee loans are ILLEGAL in the U.S. Keep in mind that people seeking this company's promised services are desperate people - that makes for primary targets. Be careful...and as a general rule, bad credit really limits your choices no matter what people or companies promise, you can only work with what you have.

Default payday loans

hi,
i was wondering how come these loan people keep giving out money, and knowing the laws. i know that i have loans, but also i know that i don't owe what they say i owe. i have turned over to AG in nc. i have not heard anything from him since febaruary. he told me to keep calm and he would take care of it. the thing that i don't understand is how come they only call me at work. can any of these loans hurt my credit? i never heard anything when these people were taking funds from my account on a weekly basis. i feel differant about everything now, just because they have been so nasty. i feel that they sould know the laws, and if it illegal in a state, they should say that they can't loan to you. at the time of the loans, i didn't know that they were illegal. if i did i would have not gotten then loan, and delt with the financial hardship.

Default Thank You

Hello everyone,

I would like to to thank each and everyone of you for telling your experiences (good or bad). I came across this company last night. But I was skeptical because they wanted money upfront and because there was no actual person for me to talk to other than emails. I had a friend you got ripped off by a company like this and she ended up losing a lot of money.

So again I thank you and if I happen to run into a legitimate company for personal loans I will be sure to come back to this site and post their information.

Good Luck

Simadown

You may visit your local bank and see if there is any help for you. They will be willing to help if your credit is decent. Be careful of the scammers. There are many companies who will charge something upfront with the assurance that money will be deposited into your account. You will never see that loan and anything you send towards their fees will be gone.

I've been looking at these people too, and I will say they do state that if you are not approved you WILL get your fee refunded.

I think it does bear further investigation however, should anyone decide to use them. I would be most interested in hearing from someone who has dealt with them, and whether or not they were successful....
