Hey, MSCLOUD..this kind of sounds like a company, called " My Personal Loan". They ask for the same thing.." send them money to get a list of lenders that will 'work' with bad credit". If you send them the money, that STILL doesn't guarantee you will get a loan from any of the companies, on this list. This was a 'ad', on the Net, where I saw " My Personl Loan". I tried to look them up, on the Web and found NOTHING. If you can't find any info on them, I would leave them alone.

Do NOT send them money they are a total SCAM SCAM SCAM
They will take you're money and you will get nothing in return. They say they will refund you're money but that is a total lie.

Hi today just before discovering this site I had applied online at Personal Credit Service for a loan. I didnt give my cc# or Cking acct. #. I just recvded this email with this info. Can someone school me about this Lender Co.

Please don't do this...read the other posts..people are being scammed totally with this garbage...you will either get a list of lenders who will not lend to you or you will get stuck in a payday loan cycle. Stop and think people. Read on here for awhile and you will be a lot more careful where you put your personal info on line.

Listen this company is a total rip off. They do nothing for you other than collect money. You send them your information and then they send you ten loan offers, but they do not say who they are...then you have to send them money depending on the loan amount you want. As soon as you send this money to them all they do is send you ten bank names. That is it...If you have bad credit forget about it. To get your money back you have to apply to all ten companies and send PCS all the denial letters to get a full refund. Bottom line if you want to get a loan, just apply to a bank on your own. Once again, they do nothing. They do not work anything out with a lender whatsoever. Here are the bank names they sent me...bank of america, chase, wachovia, wells fargo, american general, Citi, first premier, washington mutual, household and credit one. I am going to report them to the BBB. This a total scam.

goodluck reporting them to BBB. They have some gosh darn complaints and only one was resolved. I however kept emailing the guy and caught him in a bunch of lies and took him to court in NEW YORK and won. Not to mention I live her in Michigan and found a wonderful attonery to represent. We are getting back our money and plus. So for all the new people who are looking at the web page for Personal Credit Services just shut out of the page and see if you can go to your local family services place or state works building and ask if there are any programs out there that can help you save your money and still get you out of debt. To may people where hurt from this company and more yet to come and it is sad to think that.

Any time they ask you to send them money so they will loan- watch out!

There are other ways to solve your debt probles, such as consolidation, Do it Yourself, etc. I would try allother options before getting a loan to get out of debt-unless it is with your family, someone you can trust

Becareful.sounds like a scam. Sounds, a bit, like Prosper.com. They "take a fee depending on howmuch you want to TRY to barrow'. Prosper.com takes the fee right away. However.....you're not GUARANTEED a loan from them.

I too am glad I found this site. I am trying to help my fiance get his credit rebuilt and was about to suggest Personal Credit Services. After reading all your posts I definitely won't be suggesting that company. Does anyone know of a legitimate place I can refer him to? I have great credit but due to his ex-wife putting him in debt when they were together, he had to file for bankrupcy a little more than a year ago. Now nobody will even talk to him about giving him credit.

I and a friend sent in $125.00 for a list of loan companies and we have not heard anything from them. So I emailed them back and requested a refund of the full amount. I feel very stupid and upset about the whole ordeal.
