Hi ninjacadden:
First off...you stated: they can provide you with a list of companies that will gurantee you approval of the loan that you apply for. How are they able to guarantee a loan? Are they the ones that decide? I paid 69.00 to a service like this called badcreditloansus.com, they provided a list of lenders alright, out of 6 4 denied our loans, 3 required credit scores above 580, 1 was a mid term length loan company like a quick cash loan, and the other was only a site that referred your information to lenders. Now, they want very specific action to get a refund. I received Personal Credit's preliminary lender list too...but not too sure I want to get burned again. I need to examine their site to see if they make statements like, you might not get a loan if your credit score is thus and so, or if you are a home owner. Again, it bothers me that they said "they" guarantee a lender will do your loan. No one but the loan company can do that. I sure hope it works for you. I would love to see a post from you...stating You Got Your Loan! To actually see a legitimate company honor what they say would be a novelty. Good luck!

Again, beware of any company wanting money to tell you if you get a loan,or guarantee you get a loan.

There are some other alternatives you may consider. When we needed a loan, before I found this site, I was turned down by everyone. We,hubby and I, got second jobs, and began to pay off our smaller debts first, then adding that payment to the next, etc. You can also sign up for membership, it's free, and they can give you some options for your debt, if you also sign for the free crdit counseling. There are other ways they have for dealiing with debt, such as debt consolidation, debt settlement, Do it Yourself, etc..Good Luck--keep us posted..karen

There is a loan company, based out of UK. They say the same thing..."they guarantee a loan for so-much of a fee". But......their fee is about TWICE as much, as other 'bad credit loans' are asking for, who are in the US. I don't remember the name of the company, in UK, but, just keep an eye out. I'm finding out, the 'smaller' debts, are probably the first ones to deal with.

Hi,

I was one of the many people to fall for the trap of this company. When I emailed them explaining to them that this wasn't right they just said all sales are final and then sent me the customer agreement twice. They are very nasty people. Has anyone considered a class action suite against this company?

I just made a big, big mistake with a company called Trustmark Financial Corp based in New York - 99 church street, New York, New York 10007. I applied for a $5000 loan and was told that I had been approved. I spoke with a loan consultant and everything - up until I sent them money. Because I had no collateral, I took the option of obtaining 'insurance' in case I was unable to repay the loan due to loss of job, disability, etc. They emailed me paperwork to sign and fax back but I have not received any money yet. Of the four weeks I have called I managed to speak to someone three times, each time getting a response that they would call me back. I can't believe I was so stupid to do this. I had a friend in New York check them out for me. The company exists and is located at the address listed on their website. My friend also was able to find out that this company collects money from people but never come through with the loans. Just wanted to warn anyone who may be thinking of applying with this company as well.

PCS is a scam of a company. They take your money and refer you to banks such as B of A and other big banks who would NOT lend to those with bad or not so good credit. DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR FEE BACK!
