I got an email from them and I am just checking to see if this company real. Due to I know that there is a lot of companies like these check advance companies will use all kinds of techniques.
But from what I have noticed is that they put this on your credit.

Most payday lenders do not report to the big three - Experian, Equifax and Transunion - so payday loans normally do not affect your FICO score. (Once a loan goes to a 3rd party collection agency, though, this can change.) Many do use subprime credit bureaus, such as DP Bureau and Teletrack, so defaulting on a loan or joining a credit counseling or debt settlement program may affect your ability to get payday loans in the future.

I personally wouldn't care if they posted my picture at every internet and storefront pdl and underneath it it said "Banned for Life" lol. It's good to see that you registered!

I applaud your new venture!
However, I called Nationwide Cash this morning inquiring about their legal representation. I spoke to a "Mr. Schoefield." He directed all legal inquiries to Dennis Williams at Langhorne Law. I found this a little interesting.
They still refer to you as their legal counsel.

I noticed that myself about two weeks ago. When Ambassador last renewed its license (in 12/05) I was listed as the contact person, just as I had in previous years. With every thing else I had to do to end my ties to Ambassador and start up the new practice, I just overlooked this. In any event, a letter went out immediately to the Financial Institutions Division asking them to update the site. I assume they haven't done so yet. I'll call Yvette Gonzalez, who was my primary point of contact at that office, tomorrow and ask her when they will update the website.
I expect I'll still get the occasional piece of mail for Ambassador for some time to come, which I forward to their office in Espanola.

Langhorne Law has changed the focus of their practice and no longer practices collections, please see this post for more information.
