According to T & C, Sonic is still playing games with them. I hope they cash the payment that was sent on my behalf last week. I'm sure they will.

They cashed mine and had no problems accepting. I think the more heat we put on Sonic the better off everyone else will be.

Brat,

When did you start paying Sonic? I've made 1 payment through T&C and haven't heard anything from them since. Just curious.

1st payment went to sonic on the 29th of December and they accepted the payment. Much to my surprise after all the trouble Sonic caused.

How do you guys know if a payment has been received and accepted? I have made 2 payments to T&C, but they haven't contacted me at all. Am I supposed to be calling them- I'm still afraid I am not doing all this correctly!

I am interested in possibly consolidating payday loans as well. Please let me know if T&C offers these services as well.

Thank you.

I keep in close contact with T&C every two weeks before I send my payment to make sure everything is ok. I just got off the phone with them and so far things are going smoothly as can be expected.

Has anyone received a monthly statement from T&C?

I have received a statement from T&C, all you need to do is ask and they'll send you one. My theory is no news is good news. I do stay in very close contact with them, weekly at least if not more. We still have some creditors calling and I always stay in contact with T&C when this happens. They are great!!

I have currently enrolled with t&C and they assured me that they will take care of ALL outstanding payday loans. However, as i have read your site I am not sure as to whether they have been working with sonic. They assure me that they are, wanted to here from someone that knows this for sure. I have received threathening calls from sonic stating that they will take me to court, my credit rating will be ruined, and they will do every possible method including something with the courts if i d not make a one time payment, I have offered payments to them, but this is unacceptable. Tand C said it will be fine, but i need to ease my mind

Can anyone tell me how I can contact T&C. I have gotten myself further into debt with the so-called easy payloans.

Thanks.

Jordanfox, read the posts above and you will see that Sonic too is accepting payments from the consolidation company.

Sonic will try to pressurize you in making one time payment until they get assured that you will not be missing them. Most likely, they will stop calling you after a couple of months after receiving money from you. Just keep in touch with them and make them aware of the steps you are taking from your side.

I received my first statement from T & C last Friday. It was a relief to see Sonic was one of the first paid even though they are still playing games with them. (Sonic is playing games) It does take time for the proposals to be accepted but hang in there. All of my creditors have not accepted proposals yet. I've been on the program for about a month now.

Jordan,

Send Sonic a cease & Desist letter via certified mail with return receipt requested. I send it to their PA address. If you need it, I will send it to you. Let them know not to call you at work or at home, to contact you through mail, or just to contact T & C since they are working on your behalf. They have harassed a lot of us. I know because I am one of them. They probably will continue to call but when they do, they are breaking the law. File a complaint then with the consumer protection office or AG in your state as well as PA. The more complaints we have against Sonic, the better. If you want more info, feel free to PM me.
