Anyone ever dealt with Discount Advances (my bank debits say Credit Protection, not sure if that is the same company that I have seen other posts about)? Anyway, I sent Discount Advances the letter asking for them to mark my account "Paid in Full". I have paid them $656.25 in interest and $300.00 in principal on a $500.00 loan, so I feel that they have more than made their money back on me. And this is the second loan that I have had with them. Well, I went to login to my account a few minutes ago, and it gives me the basic message saying that I was using an incorrect login and password. Just to make sure that I wasn't entering it incorrectly, I asked to have my password emailed to me. I still couldn't get into my account. Just wondering why they would stop me from getting into my account, when they haven't even contacted me yet regarding my letter.

well..Maybe it means that you no longer have an account. Hopefully they've received your letter and agreed to your terms. If they give you a hard time, keep at them.

Olive,
You should contact Sonic and see where you're at

Sonic payday is returning the excessive charges made on some consumers. They have not returned everyone's money yet. But you must send your dispute with the company and claim for the refund. The company is under legal observation so you can be one of the lucky ones and get the refund. Read the thread on Sonic Payday
