Thanks for the address! And the info! I have been trheatened with arrest by don freeman who states he is with interstate compliance and charging me with bank fraud (a result of a payday loan legally discharged by chapter bankruptcy!

GRAMMY, do not get scared of these calls. They are fake methods of making money from you. Ask your attorney to deal with the collection agency. Firstly, it must be proven that the collection agency is having the valid details of your accounts. After you know that the CA is making a genuine call, ask your attorney to send them a letter informing discharge of this debt. The calls must be stopped.

I have received calls from this company at work threating calls. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission. The other day it was Kathy, today it is Barbara. They leave a message on a phone at work, where I do not happen to be at. With the same message everyone else is getting. NO other information. I am know contacting the Atty General.

You can search BBB website to collect their address. Also go through the threads regarding Jocoby and Meyers in this forum and check if any address is listed there. You can visit this page as well-

Collecting on Pay Day Loans. That's a hard thing for them to do. They won't have good records. You can ask them for a record of the loan to verify the amount. They must send that to you. Also check with your state laws about pay day loans because they are illegal in some states, like mine, and they cannot be taken into court for collection purposes.
