They wrote off my balance - zero - they tried to debit my frozen account twice and I guess they decided not to pursue it any more. I got an email saying my account is zero balance and do not loan status.

They never responded just sent me an email saying my account was zero'd out! I didn't even send them a letter - I'm working on United and Quik Payday this week.

so do i!! Well, actually, they accepted the proposal from T&C, and now I'm trying to get them to zero out the account even though they are getting payments through T&C...so, maybe that's why they're not responding, because they're getting their money another way now...I'll keep trying though!

I know that's what I'm thinking with United and Quik Payday they are both with T&C. Quik is till getting their $100 a month from T&C though they would do payment arrangements with me. I'm going to try though. Just sent three emails to United and faxed them again.

I listed Quikpayday with T & C but when they got greedy and would only take $100.00 payments, I sent the letter. They zero'd me out that day.

Really? The next day? What letter did you send - did you fax or emailed. Would you pm me the letter? THat's what Quik did with T&C wanted $100. I want to get rid of these guys.

Well, I faxed QuikPayday the letter and then I just mailed it - guess I'll find out in a few days if they will say PAID IN FULL - I hope so!!

Hi Amanda
Send a payment that you can afford anyway. Make sure that you send it through certified mail with return receipt requested for records. If they cash the check, your proposal will be considered as accepted. If they don't sound helpful and take the matter to the court, you will have the green copy signed by them explaining the efforts made in paying the account. The judge will surely make decisions in your favor.
