THANKS SHAZZERS!!!ABOUT FTC COMPLAINT ADVICE.
I JUST GAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT FEDERAL BOND COLLECTION IN THE FTC. I TOLD PEOPLE FROM FTC THAT FEDERAL BOND COLLECTION IS CALLING MY HOUSE AND HARASSING MY HUSBAND BLIND AND MENTALLY ILL HERE.I TOLD MY HUSBAND DO NOT SLEEP WELL IN THE NIGHTS AND THESE PEOPLE CALLING VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING HERE.I HAVE TO DISCONNECTED MY PHONE HERE ALL DAY UNTIL NIGHT. FEDERAL BOND COLLECTION NEVER SEND ANY LETTER HERE. IT IS A 99 DOLLARS FROM BOA???!!! MY HUSBAND HAD PAID 2 YEARS AGO TO BOA ALL ILLEGAL OVERDRAFTS FROM BANK AMERICA AND AFTER IT HE CLOSED THIS HORRIBLE CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH BOA. I FOUND HERE HIS STATEMENT OF HIS CHECKING ACCOUNT(BOA)CLOSED IN 10-05-06 AND IS A 000 BALANCE THERE. BANK AMERICA WROTE IN HIS STATEMENT OF 10-05-2006: "BECAUSE YOUR MY ACCESS CHEKING ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED,YOU WILL NO LONGER RECEIVED A COMBINED STATEMENT." BOA BANK AMERICA STATEMENT. BEGINNING BALANCE WAS -(MINUS)-71,53. DEPOSITS AND OTHER ADDITIONS 71,53+ ENDING BALANCE IN 10-06-06 IS 000. I THINK NCO TOLD FEDERAL BOND COLLECTORS TO ASK FOR MONEY HERE.NCO SOME BAD COLLECTORS TOOK THE MONEY OF MY HUSBAND ONE TIME AND RUN AWAY WITH HIS MONEY AND NCO TOLD ABOUT A OVERDRAFT IN BANK AMERICA EITHER TO MY POOR HUSBAND. THANKS SHAZZERS!!! |

I THINK MY COMPLAINT TO FTC IS WORKING BECAUSE I TOLD FBCS COLLECTORS I GAVE THE COMPLAINT ABOUT FEDERAL BOND COLLECTION TO FTC. I'M VERY HAPPY BECAUSE MY HUSBAND DO NOT DESERVE TO BE HARASSED FOR ANY BAD COLLECTOR.ALL GOOD PEOPLE DIDNT DESERVE TO BE HARASSED FOR ANY BAD COLLECTOR. I THINK MY HUSBAND HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH HIS BLINDNESS AND HE IS PAYING ALL HIS BILLS IN TIME AND I'M HELPING HIM TO PAY HIS BILLS AND I WISH TO SEE HIM MORE HAPPY ALWAYS. I SPOKE WITH HER MY ENGLISH IS REALLY BAD BUT I DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH EITHER. ONLY PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE. NEXT TIME FEDERAL BOND COLLECTION HAVE TO CALL JOAO HERE. JOAO(PORTUGUESE) JUAN(SPANISH) JOHN(ENGLISH) I TOLD HER THAT I HAVE A CASE IN THE FTC AGAINST HER EMPLOYER FEDERAL BOND COLLECTION. They are stating that I owe a bill for over 200 for Verizon - from 2001! What about the SOL????? Anybody have good advice please email me.... I do not want to ignore this either.... I have enough on my credit report - and I have been a subject of fraud recently- I'm fed up with jerks - I can't afford this crap....

Joe Neary Sr. runs the Company in his very Bi-polar, doesn't care what his employee's say or do. I remember about 9 years ago his collection manager was paying people overtime, then extorting it off them to keep their jobs safe. He found out fired him but let his assistant who was the actual money collecter for the former manager, remain and is now on their web site as Vice President...You tell me??? It is a Family business he even hired his son in-law who was a food manager that was fired and made him the new Collection Sr. Manager with no expience in collections at all??? You tell me, I currently work for a REAL collection agency and believe me they are by the book and now I know How many laws they do break and the owner is the main one...

My son just received a call from FBCS asking to speak with
me. He told the person I was not there and was asked if there was another number where I could be reached and my son said no. So this Brent person from FBCS asked that I returned the call at 866-594-8641. Should I call them Back? |
