I just applied and got approved. Now I am a little concerned reading some of this info. I guess I'll see soon if it was a mistake.

Dwilly

Don't fall into the scam. Immediately call up the bank and cancel your application. You might have read others explaining their problems in the later period.

You must also send a cancellation letter in writing through certified mail with return receipt requested. This will be an important record to prove your side of the actions taken to cancel the application. Request MasterCard to send you an acknowledgement letter after the loan is cancelled.

i applied for this card and they said i was approved. I didn't receive my card and they never billed my account. When I finally found a number for them. they said I was declined. I looked at my credit report and it had 3 dings from this company. What do i do?

Hi Anniemt44

Is it an inquiry in your credit report? If so, it will stay there in your file because your application was rejected. Unfortunately, you can't get a correct info removed from your file.

i am constantly getting calls from who seem to be arabians or people out of india ( not sure of proper reference as i am sure not all india natives are bad!) they say i have been selected to recieve some sort of prize or vaction, even once to ask if i am happy with the quality of my water. i always try to be polite and say no thanks and ask to be removed from any list, and they wont take no for an answer they are relentless!! more than once i have hung up after being asked why i dont want free stuff over and over and they call back and say " why did you hang up on me maam?" i even tryed to hear one of them out until they asked for my checking account number! when i asked why they said only for shipping and handling!... just remember nothing in life is free!! dont be a sucker no matter how good it sounds, these people fund terrorism.... these days we all need to be wary of everyone we come accross, not only for our own good but for the good of our children and our future. if not you than who?

I just got this card and so far so good.I will certainly respond to this forum with any problems. One staep in the right direction although somewhat abstract.Visit ripoffreport.com to file complaints and check out companies before using them.I am not at all afilliated with this site. But if you use it and like it,drop em a few bucks. The site is free but it costs money to run it.

Sub: #30 Imagine Mastercard - Question for Joe Cseko
Replied on 05-17-2006, 09:57 AM

Joe, How long did it take you to receive your card after you applied? I've applied about 1 and 1/2 months ago, told I was approved and haven't heard a thing. The number listed 1-888-408-6572 is only good if you have a credit card number. You can't get through to anyone there....

I received an advertisement for this card in an email. I clicked on the link, but my browser was unable to locate the site. When i tried the homepage, I only got a blank screen. I also did a search and got this message board. what is the web address to apply?
