I agree the fees are wicked high, but they gave me the chance to gain back some of my credit.. Paying it off with all these fees is a challenge

Does anyone know how to get thru to customer services. the number I called 888 408 6572,prompts you to enter you social security number or your credit card no.,It doesnt recognize my social, and I dont have a credit card no with them yet. over 2 mos ago, this bank request some personal information from me, in which I sent, and 2 mos later, I have yet to hear anything back in way of approval, denial, etc. I call 866 438 6572,and the people I reach, tell me they dont have access to that information, and to call 888 408 6572,I told them what happens, and their response is not to push any prompts. I tried that method 8 times and the call just disconnects after 8 mins. I need help in reaching these people(customer service). Can anyone Help?

You have to first activate your card along with your initial payment before any info. will show up. Right now you don't have your account info. and account isn't activated.

Yes. It is listed in the contract that you sign with them that you will let them do that.

Your reply has nothing to do with my question. Is there no way of getting a online billing account? I am not concerned with point or counceling.

I just applied for the card and against my better judgement did not check out the company until after I was approved and sent in my bank information. I am now scared beyond comprehension. I am going to stop my application immediately! Any suggestions as to how I should go about doing this and any suggestions of good credit cards to help build your credit?

When I applied for this card it took them awhile to take the $4.95 from my account. If it said you were approved then you were. I think it was close to 2 weeks before they took the money and then a total of 3 weeks before I got the card. I then had to make my initial payment of $20, if you do it by phone they will tell you what date you can start using the card. Some people have had problems with them, but I haven't. Only problem is customer service doesn't speak very good English and that is frustrating.

I applied for this card and was approved. They have already taken the money out of my checking account for the 4.95 fee. It has been about a week. I am scared because some of the posts have been really negative. but we all have to remember that it's everyone's own personal experience. Meaning that some people might not be telling the whole story or the company could just be making some major screw ups. I'll find out for myself soon.
