I applied for my card on september 24th and recieved it in the mail on september 30th. yes the fees are high as is the apr but to rebuild damaged credit it sure beats having a debit card that charges for every purchase and does nothing for your credit

That's true. I have the card also, the fees are high, but I can not complain because it does clearly state in the application the fees etc....But when you are trying to rebuild credit and trying to get a cc you can't pick and choose from too many options. I had to get a cc because I was tired of having to use my friend's to rent a car everytime I had to travel long distances to take my children to their specialits. (If I use my friend's cc I pay a higher rate because I have to be listed as a second driver)I've never had a cc this is my first one. So far so good, I haven't had any problems so far.

I don't call the number, I go to the website and print off my statement. I'll look to see if I have though.

How long ago did you apply and get approved? It can take up to 3-4 weeks to get your card. Then you have to make your first payment/activation fee for it to be activated, and until then customer service will not have any info. on your account, like you never applied. And after your initial payment you won't be able to use it for 7 business days. This is what happened to me, I have it now and have had no problems with them.

I agree, I have this card and have never had any problems and just got an increase from them. My advice is to not max the card out and to make the payments on time or it is going to COST YOU BIG. Due to the high interest rate and the other fees that apply. But since we have damaged credit I don't think we can complain about the high percentage rate and fees if we want to repair the damage. Aspire is also a good card.
