I applied for this card and received it in about a week. It's a legitimate card issued by a legitimate American bank (not Indian or Mexican as some previous ignorants posted). In fact, the issuer is the Bank Of Delaware.

As you can read from previous posts, the majority of people complaining about this card are fools who were denied, or couldn't keep a minimum balance in their checking accounts. If you can't keep at least $30 or $40 in your checking account for when the bill comes, then you don't even deserve to have a credit card at all. That is the hard truth. For others like myself who have somewhat bad credit, this card is a good way to rebuild your rating, because this card DOES report to all credit agencies.

The only thing is that the interest is very high so you should only plan to keep it for a year at most, paying each payment on time, and then you can cancel it and apply for a card at a different bank w/ lower interest. Other than that, this card is good.

I have this card, and Ilove it. It is easy to pay and use. I have not had any issues at all. I was approved right away, but it did take several weeks for the card to arrive.

Why would anyone apply for such a ripoff card? Any bank that charges extremely high and nonsensical "fees" to apply for a credit card is not one worth dealing with. Those outrageous "fees" eat up the so-called credit limit. What can one do with a $72 or $150 credit limit? These cards are designed , with their high fees and interest rates, to have their customers default on their account. What does the bannk care? They ahve your upfront "fees".

Is it possible to get my pin number sent to my secure e mail addy? They say that it was sent out on the 10th of May but I have not received it. I would like to access the ATM but do not want to wait another 7-10 days.
