The best one I can recommend is freecreditreport.com
Go for the trial and see if you like it! I use that site and I'm happy with it.

annualcreditreport.com is where you can see all three of your reports for free.You dont have to join for a trial or anything.You are intitled to see you reports from all three major reporting agencies once a year for free.I dont think you can get your score anywhere for free,you may have to join for that,but if you have applied for anything and have been turned down,you may call them up and they may tell you what your score was.
