|
|
Lets start at the begining... I was out of work for 2 months and had no income... Them a month or so after I started working I crashed my car... No the bills are adding up big time...
My bills are:
Capital one (behind)
Sallie Mae X2 (behind)
car payment (on the crashed car, current)
medcal bill (behind)
cell phone (current)
personal loan (current)
Best Buy credit (behind)
Yes that is x2 for Sallie Mae my parents are making me pay there half of my studen loan and that is behind too...
I need to know what options I have to help get rid of these debts. I am trying to catch up and send $$ but it is not enough to bring them to current standings.
I have tryed to get a loan to make one payment but everyone tells me no because of the late payments I already have.
What are my options? There is less the $25K in debt, and I need to get rid of it asap. What would be the best choice and who should I talk to?
Thanks,
Sammy

Hi Sammy
Welcome to the forums.
Please discuss your financial situation with the experts in this website. You need to fill up the registration form for a free counseling. A group of counselors will negotiate with your lenders and work out a payment plan for you.
Since you have a large amount of debt piling higher, you need to take care of this at the earliest. A consolidation program will be a better choice for you as all your lenders will keep receiving regular payments towards your account. However, you need to make sure that you will not miss the monthly installments that will be offered to you. The monthly payment will be a reduced amount and if you miss any of the payments, the creditors won't extend any benefits to you in the future.
This program will also eliminate most of the financial charges and other late fees that have added to the total amount.
Other benefits that will be available to you in the program are mentioned in the page given below. Please have a look:
http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/benefits.html
So, you must discuss with your consultant before you get started with it. The counseling offered here is absolutely free.
Regards
Roxette

Mods we seem to have a sales pitch going on here. I would think they would need board approval before trying to sell or at the minimum be registered as a poster.Just my opinion.

Mr Cedric Lusky is a crook. This is one of many "we will give you tons of money" for only a little money out of your pocket(which you don't find out until after you have provided them with your personal information) trust me it is a scam! Shame of him for even trying to contact people who come here for help!
DO NOT CONTACT THIS GUY you will loose!
