After doing some research, it would appear that the UK addresses for ICS/Cash Today are in fact for Heathmill, which is a UK outsourceing company that apparently does call center/order fulfillment and the like.

It's not a problem if this thread stays here. You have done a wonderful research over Cash Today that is being in critics for a long time. Let's see what our moderators and community members have to say here?
I just wonder why any of the federal authorities are not taking any legal steps to resolve the consumer complaints against this company. Is this company so professional in scamming people or are they just above the laws?

Unless we can link them to terrorism, i doubt we willsee any action.. My guess is that the federal agencies are understaffed and just falt out cannot get to every worthy issue... thats why a class action suit would be great if we can find an attorney to spearhead it

As always said, we will appreciate bearing the expenses of filing a class action lawsuit against such scammers. We need to combine together as a group and shape up the whole process legally.
We will appreciate suggestions from the community regarding this matter. Let's get connected and resolve the matter from the base.

Wow JJ, that is a pretty large collection of information! Great job! I have never had to deal with this company, but from everything I have heard and read, they are definitely up to no good. Hopefully something can happen against them legally so no more folks get sucked into their scam.

These idiots called me today at work and asked me if I wanted to take out a loan with them. LMAO! I said hell no and hung the phone up. Heck, it must have been an old application because I don't even remember applying with these scammers.

Hi Angel: The number(s) I have for these clowns
are 800-680-2177 manager is Darren W...I got this from Nevada BBB when I called to complain about them.
Also, someone else from this site has a contact number of 877-564-7738..just try both..good luck..keep us posted
