I have been hearing that there is a 4th collection agency and after doing alot of digging, I have found them.

Innovis
Consumer Assistance, PO Box 1358
Columbus, Ohio 43216-1358

They charge $7.00 for a report. Beings they are a credit bureau I would have thought that we would have been entitled to a free annual report from them also.

Depends on what state you live in what the charge is. Some states get first one free.

The three major credit bureaus are popular within the industry. Consumers find it easy to pull their credit report from these agencies. Many people faced problems when they tried to get their report from Innovis. Some of them even complained that the company failed to give their report as their database was being updated.

I have heard rumors of Innovs, but never been able to find much about them.

Also, they (and the three others, Trans Union, Experian, and Equifax, are Consumer Reporting Agencies, not Collections Agencies.

Also, under the FACT act, all Consumer Reporting Agencies are required to provide one free copy of your credit or consumer report each year upon request.
