I'm telling you, these people are no good. This number here 1-800-281-2793 is the only number I would advice any one who whants to deal with these people. You will have a better chance than if you call 1-800-928-6614.

THIS IS A BOGUS COLLECTION AGENCY THAT BUYS OLD OUT OF STATUE DEBT FOR PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR....MOST LIKELY THEY ARE CALLING YOU ABOUT A DEBT THAT IS NO LONGER VALID BECAUSE THE STAUTUE OF LIMITATIONS HAS PASSED!!!!! They claim to want to help you with their "FRESH START" program but you don't need a fresh start as the debt is old and the statue has passed.....if you make any payment arrangements that will restart the debt so be very careful...Tell them not to call you and hang up!!!!

DO NOT DEAL OR TALK WITH THEM. THEY ARE TRUE SCUMBAGS.....SEND THEM A CERTIFIED LETTER NOT TO CALL YOU ANYMORE AND IF THEY CALL AGAIN REPORT TO FCC....THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN SUED BY FCC SEVERAL TIMES...BELOW IS A POST I COPIED FROM THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS COMPANY:

As discussed in "Zombie debt is hard to kill," there is now a booming market in the pursuit of debts so ancient that they used to be considered uncollectible. This year a whopping $110 billion of such debt is expected to be sold to collection agencies, up from virtually nothing 10 years ago.
Because the old liabilities cost collectors as little as 25 cents for each $100 in face value, companies can make a profit if they can get debtors to repay even a tiny fraction. Along the way, some collectors realized they also could squeeze money from people who didn't even owe it.
