how is the 5.00 fee taken is it added to the credit card or when you register is your payment due then and is their a 5.00 fee each time you pay online ?

I'd be careful about using this site to pay for Legacy Visa payment. They ask you for all credit card info, and then once you enter it the reply is that they are unable to help you at this time. I've been on hold with their customer service for 30 minutes, I have a feeling it's a scam to get your credit info.
