If anyone can help me find laws regarding payday loans in Pennsylvania, I would appreciate it. I tried doing searches but couldnt come up with anything. I would like to send letters out to my payday lenders. I have been with T&C for several months now and also have been paying the payday lenders before that. My balance left for each company is still about the same or more and it feels like im not making any progress. Im pretty sure most of them have already been paid off if they followed the laws. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance
