Please visit the first page of this thread. Student loan is discharged under special circumstances only. It is hard to get your student loan written off through bankruptcy. However, if you feel that you can qualify for cancellation, you need to fill out an application and forward it to the concerned authority. My Student Loan was discharge by Education Department in Washington D.C. now a CBE Group Agency is called to enforce to me to pay this same Loan with a brutal charges. Who can I stop this????

What type of discharge? Student loans are non dischargable in bankruptcy.

CBE Group was assigned your loan by your guarantor....your guarantor does as the loan calculations and adding of collection fees.
