JCEMT is right, get those DV letters off to them. Also take notes, keep copies of everything that they send or you send. They are well known for not doing validation or full validation.
I have been dealing with them for over a year now. What usually happens is, that when you request DV, they turn it over to another of their many agencies, and you go through the same thing with them. I have gone through about 5 so far
The important thing is document, document, document!! I have a file about 3 inches thick of letters, phone calls, etc. I also send follow up DV letters about 45 days later with a copy of my first DV letter-I believe in leaving a paper trail, just in case!..Good Luck..karen
