they claim i owe them about $200 which was already paid in full to another company. i sent lvnv two credit validation letters which they did not respond to. now they have posted negative info on my credit report!
These people show up on my CR high balance - $92. but they are filed for $112. What the? I think this is from a phone bill after reading everything about this company, I don't know if I should call or write a letter to them? I want to pay it off bc my Credit score is horrible because of this neg. account! I remember the cell phone having a $300 bill and the remainder was 92, but after i paid the 200 some dollars I've never heard anything after in reguards to the remainder of the bill..Should I send a letter to them or call and pay it off over the phone??

i paid off a debt for sears through your company. this was probably two years ago. the problem is it was never taken off my credit report. i would like this removed and also a letter stating that the debt was satified. i'm trying to buy a house and this is a problem
Will i need to just set up a payment plan? I have an old Sears acct from 1998 but made payments on it when I could with LVNV, Worldwide Asset, Resurgent what ever they call themselves in 2004. Does that reopen the acct everytime I make a payment?
