Can you tell the office location of MBNA you are trying to reach? They have their office in DE as well in GA. It will be convenient if you can put some more information.

I don't think MBNA has branches, they only issue credit cards. Furthermore, MBNA is s subsidiary of Bank of America, so if there were any branches, i suspect they have been converted over to B of A.

Check the FDIC institution directory; you may have to use altavista or google to find it, but here's a hint:
double-u, double-u, double-u, two
period
F D I C without spaces
period
(abbreviation for "a governmental website")
Directory name: "/idasp"

Bank of America Assumed Control (ownership) of MBNA effective January 1, 2006. They will be integrating MBNA in to the B of A corporate Structure through out 2006. Historically B of A has done a good job of maintaining records which existed prior to acquisitions, even if the accounts were paid and closed.
