please
if you can send soon, sometimes I feel like everything financially is out of control, and with nowhere to turn except to these payday loans, things just get worse. I started out with just $ 500.00 now I am up to $ 1450.00, the extensions fee don't allow me to payday down at all and every two weeks my debt increases. I take it you mean you get a hold of me through my email address. I also registered as a community member if that helps.

I have 5 payday loans (3 storefront, 2 internet) -- about $2800 total. Will T&C work with payday loans? and if so can someone give me their information? Help!

wedwards, have you talked with your lenders and offered your payment proposal? Make a partial payment towards the loan accounts and convince them that you will be regularly sending your payments. I hope the lenders will sound easier towards you and offer some benefits.

I didn't know that they accepted payments except for the regular extensions whenever I have asked they have said no. so i just keep paying the extensions every two weeks. each time my rent check comes, i don't have enough for the extensions now so I have to borrow more from another lender and so on. perhaps you can give me tips on how to talk to them, because what i am doing doesn't help.

You will have to write some letters regularly to your lenders explaining the situation. The results of these negotiations are not seen quickly, but you have to stick to it. It will sound good if you can send some money in advance to make your proposal stronger. This way, if the company cashes your check, the proposal will be considered accepted. If they don't, their will be a proof of your efforts done to resolve the matter.

I signed up on this forum a couple weeks ago and still received no contact from T&C. I have 5 payday loans, 2 agreed to mark me paid in full after sending them letters on Texas law. 4 of the 5 remaining, I feel I still owe money to. Can someone pm me contact info on T&C. I would try & settle this on my own but one lady that contacted me got really nasty. I don't want to experience anymore of that.

Steven, you can do a free registration in this website and someone from your area will call you for a free counseling. Discuss your accounts with him and he will help you in framing your repayment options. There are some consolidation companies that can work with payday loans. You need to get in touch with the counselor after registering here. He will call you and let you know if there is any further assistance for you.
