Can anyone provide me with any information about B&L Marketing. I was looking for payday loans online back in December of 2005 and one of the places that I filled out an application for apparentally sent my information to B&L, a representative contacted me by phone and gave me a loan for $250. That was great because I was in a bind at the time. well here we are 8 mths later and I am still paying $75 every two weeks interest on this loan. I have never heard from anyone...never signed an authorization form for them to take money from my bank account and can not find any contact numbers to get in touch with these people. At this point I have paid $1200 interest on a $250 loan.

Try googling "free annual credit report"..That's what I did and I was able to find the link and received my Equifax report and made alot of disputes I found on it via the internet. You can choose which report you want for free, Equifax, Experian, or Transunion. I tried Transunion first but had alot of trouble accessing the site with the login info they gave me so I went back and did Equifax.

Hi Ben,
Can you tell me what company you used to consolidate your payday loans? I thought it was this site but when i asked some one they sais i couldnot do payday loans.
By signing up for counseling session, your provided details (Name, Email ID and Phone No.) will be forwarded to the company advertising on the DebtCC. However, you have no obligation to use their services.
Some creditors and collection agencies refuse to lower the pay off amount, interest rate, and fees owed by the consumer.
Creditors/collection agencies can make collection calls and file lawsuits against the consumers represented by the debt relief companies.
Debt relief services may have a negative impact on the consumer's creditworthiness and his overall debt amount may increase due to the accumulation of extra fees.
The amount which the consumer saves with the use of debt relief services can be regarded as taxable income.
