How can I call these people if I can not get thru???
They keep calling for "Joshua" all hours of the nite!!! I have told them 12 times, yes they have called that many times, that there is no one by that name. Everytime I start to say something like this they hang up and I never get anywhere. I lied this morning and said "may I say who is calling?" because the caller id lists no number for this company and they put fake names as to who is calling. When I got the real name "MCM" and I started to tell them Joshua doesnt live here, they hung up! I'm sick of the calls! |

These people are ridiculous they have been calling me for months trying to bully me into paying a bill for something that I do not owe. They were calling from the 555-555-5555 number and blocked numbers up to 7 times a day. On my cell phone. I sent them a registered letter asking for proof of the debt that they never responded to. It really doesn't matter since my phone is set up to send blocked and fake numbers directly to voice mail but what they are doing is in violation of the FDCPA if they have done this to you I recommend filing a complaint with the BBB and the California state attorney general. Until people stand up to these bottom feeding bullies nothing will be done about them. The one time I tried to discuss this on the phone with one of them he screamed at me and I hung up on him. I still have not received the information verifying the debt because it is obviously not real. If it was they would have no trouble proving it. After my complaint to the BBB the calls stopped. I recommend everyone who gets harrassed by these losers file the complaints. Its the only way they will be held accountable.

They called me to schedule a payoff. They debited my card for a partial payment as agreed, and then wrote a letter confirming that. Everything was fine until I received another letter prior to the second and final payment stating that MCM was going to debit my account for double the amount. Quickly thinking, I canceled my debit card and now MCM is calling to still debit the final amount.
If you are trying to fix your credit like I am, make sure you get everything in writing! Good luck to all! Joseph Houston, Texas Miami, Florida |

Has anyone made a connection between CHase Bank, Midland and Credit Solutions Corporation?. Here is why I ask.....
I noticed 5 different entries on my credit report from Midland Credit Management. I send a debt validation letter certified mail with electronic confirmation. NO reply after 2 months. I submitted a follow up letter (again, certified with electronic confirmation) and requested that tyhey comply with the debt validation letter. I included copies of the first letter, electronic signature etc. It has now been almost 30 days since the follow up letter. This past week, I was reviewing some dispute completions from Equifax and noticed that Credit Solutions Corporation was now trying to collect the same debt as Midland; which ithey purchased from Chase Bank. Now this sounds like re-aging to me. Chase is listing the account as a charge off with no balance owing. Midland continues to report to the bureaus a balance owing and recently validatioed the account information with Equifax. And now Credit solutions corporation is, also, reporting, the same account information. The SOL in California is 4 years. Ther date of 1st deliquency (according to my credit report) was Jan 2005. The account was sold in 11/2005 to Midland. Credit solutions is reporting that they accoutn was opened in June of 2009. What else can I do to nail Midland, Credit Solutions, Chase Bank and the credit bureaus for violation of the FDRA and FDCPA? |

I owed a debt to a Bank which obtained a judgement against me. I agreed with the bank to pay a settlement balance on the judgement. The judgement was satisfied by the bank that I owed. These idiots at MCM now state they bought this un-collectible settelement balance from the bank and offered me a settlement to clear this up. There is nothing to clear up! It's PAID IN FULL and I have a release of judgement from my county clerk's office. So MCM can BITE me and try and take me to court and see who wins.
