If you have proof from the court that your balance was paid you should send that to all 3 credit agencys. If they dont adjust your report then you should sue them.

After 8pm I received a call from Midland Credit Management for the first time demaniding payment a. She stated my credit card company sold her my balanced. i explained that I can make a smaller amount of payment. She stated no and said something about cout and then hung up. Never giving her phone number , name, only a company name. I then found your website when I put that name in. I made contact with another respensative who stated that she had written I refused to pay . I exaplined I did not say that , he sttaed that we sent a letter , I stated I never received any letter. He sttaed it was mailed on the 11th of this month, and today is the 16th. He stated I should received it soon. It ashamed this lady did not give me a chanced , she was rude and i never received a letter only one phone call. What can I do ?
