When most of us are just concerned with the small debts we have there are people worried about poor countries paying heavy debts.

Is there some way the richer countries can help these poor countries by reducing their debts, eliminating heavy interest rates?

What is your opinion about these Macro issues? Do share.

I have heard about some issues like this where richer countries erase the taxes that were to be paid by the poorer ones. I am not sure but Africa was recently wiped off such taxes.

Similar restitution programs are offered by the World Bank and other government bodies to provide debt relief to such countries. These types of programs can help a poor country to do some internal developments instead of collecting money to pay off the external taxes.

It has been a general phenomenon that poorer are always exploited. The government has to think of some constructive measures for the common people and concentrate on the overall development.
